I'm a first time LEED project coordinator using the ARC platform to recertify a Existing Building O+M project. Prior to August 15th, 2020 ARC's platform had a way to attach LEED requirements directly to the project, however now I'm only seeing the performance sections. Are the requirements asked for only after you have connected enough other data (i.e. once you've reached the 40 minimum points)? If so, are you then walked through attaching the requirement documents or are they waived for recertification?
