Hello All,
We have a healthcare project which is registered under LEEDv4 New Construction and not under “Healthcare”. When it comes to using EAc2 points table, should we look up for corresponding points under “Points (except Schools,Healthcare) or use the “Points(Healthcare)" table. For example, if the project is documenting 6% energy cost savings is it 1 point or 3 points?
Any insight is much appreciated.
Thank you for your time!

First of all you should make sure that you are not required to use the Healthcare version of LEED. In general healthcare projects are required to do so, just like school projects are required to do so. If you are not required to do so then you would use the NC column (except Schools, Healthcare) aligned with your registration.

Thanks Marcus, for the prompt response. We will confirm the rating system approach with the LEED project manager for the project and proceed appropriately.
