Hello LEED experts,

Do you have any common practice regarding the energy modeling in EA (PR and CR)?

I am wondering if it is enough to make an energy modeling simulation for the tenant space in my LEED ID+C project or should I make it for the whole building?

An extra would be, if you could help me with the "if applicable" proofs. Are they mandatory or theese elements of the credits can be considered as optional (as the project team decides).

The Reference Guide contains specific guideline for how you model a tenant space for an ID+C project. How you model it depends on the systems in your project. I am not sure I understand your second question. "If applicable" would typically mean that if the project did something then it applies.
