Dear LEED User Community,

We are working on a project that consists of seven buildings. We plan to register the project as a master site under the LEED v4 Campus Approach, with each building pursuing individual LEED v4 BD+C certifications. The first three buildings are scheduled to be completed and submitted for review first, and we intend to follow the Combined Certification Path.

My question is: If we complete and submit the first three buildings for review individually, will each building receive its own LEED certificate, even if the master site (Parking, Stromwater drainage system, Landscaping etc.) and the remaining buildings are not yet completed?
