CS-v4 EAc5:Renewable energy production

LEED v4 BD+C - Core and Shell : Renewable energy production

Can anyone clarify for me please if for a Core and Shell certification, the total building energy costs would pertain only to those building installations which the developer controls and not those of the tenant? It seems logical to exclude the tenant fit-out but I just want to make sure. Thank you.

It would include all of the energy cost associated with the entire building. This includes the tenant energy cost.
