Dear all LEED users,
We propose to pursue LEED certification for our existing hotel. The scope of work includes interior renovation fit-out for the interior spaces, covering furniture, furnishings, and equipment (FF&E), as the hotel will be rebranded for the entire tower. The building facade and main equipment (HVAC system) will remain unchanged, and the hotel will continue operating.
To my understanding, this may not be categorized as a major renovation. Can this project be certified under LEED ID+C or O+M?
