LEED Regional Priority Credit Database

Question regarding the RPC database lookup. Looking into registering a project located in Seoul and tried entering the local zip code, but getting an invalid zip code error. The strange part is, that if I enter a zip code in the next district (in Seoul), I get the applicable RPC's. I am wondering if this is an issue with the database lookup or if that particular neighborhood is inapplicable.

The zip code shouldn't matter. LEED projects outside of the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam have to used the regional credits defined here. http://www.usgbc.org/ShowFile.aspx?DocumentID=8156 I know that if you enter a zip code than it may show a different or no result. So just submit a feedback ( in LEED Online, top of the page) to have the right RP credits assigned to your project.
