Hello,

 

For a possible LEED v4.1 new construction project I need to determine which LEED scope is applicable. The project contains of offices and Laboratories.

I can't find any restrictions in the reference guide. Can I use BD+C new construction for thid project?

Yes, that sounds like the right rating system to use.
