Hi,
We have a 16 story Building which is going into major renovations and we are thinkin on registering it as C&S for the certification.
The issue is that the Owner shares part of the ground floor with another Owner. This portion of the ground floor will not be certified.
So, we have two areas on the ground floor, one of them which is of our Owner, is part of the C&S building and will be certified. It will have it´s own HVAC system, electrical system and everything will be independent of the other portion of the ground floor.
The other portion of the ground floor has no realtion no mechanical system attached to our portion.
How can we define the leed baundary?,
Thank you.

Hello, has anybody found a clear response for this issue. We are handling a project with a very similar case, where the owner is the same for the whole building but there is a portion of the ground floor that is already occupied and will not be part of the project scope. Thanks in advance.
