Hi everyone, we are currently preparing for the precertification of a CSv4 project. I can't find any resource that indicates if there are review stages (initial and final review) for precertification or just a final verdict. I've been reading some previous comments about appealing for a credit at this stage, so I'm guessing this is the only way to present additional documentation for a denied measure.
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
