LEED Pilot Credits on Resilient Design

Has anyone had an experience in submitting the following LEED Pilot Credit for resilient design - saw an article online regarding this but cannot get the LEED language on USGBC website yet:

1.Credit IPpc98 – Assessment and Planning for Resilience

2.Credit IPpc99 – Design for Enhanced Resilience

3.Credit IPpc100 – Passive Survivability and Functionality During Emergencies

There used to be those resiliency credits with requirements in the pilot credit list in the LEED credit library. I asked GBCI about IPpc98 when I found the credit was withdrawn from the website. I was informed that "USGBC has temporarily suspended its resiliency program and three pilot resiliency credits." I received the answer in October 2016, and we cannot see them back yet. I hope we can use these pilot credits or similar ones soon again.

It seems to be back. We are attempting Credit IPpc99 – Design for Enhanced Resilience for a project.
