John, you mean the LEED Online agreement. I just wrote an article about it in Environmental Building News and was going to do a post here.
You must have signed an earlier version of this when you joined LEED Online v3. This is an update that consensus seems to think is friendlier.

Thank you Tristan. The article was very helpful. In fact, as a LEED EBOM project, we will look into signing the Agency Form.
