We are considering applying for a LEED ND cergification. In the minimum program requirements, it is writter'projects may have enclaves of non-project properties that are not subject to the rating system, but cannot exceed 2% of the total project area and cannot be described as certified'. There are some buildings in our boundary but not subject to the rating system. I wnat to confirm 2% area means 2% of the site area or 2% of the gross floor area?
