It seems there are VERY few Innovation and/or Pilot LEED v4 ND options available. Is this a technical limitation of the online reference guide website or are there really something like eight Pilot credit options and zero established innovation options within the LEED v4 ND Innovation Catalog? Can teams use innovation credits within the v4 BD+C innovation catalog?

I've not had an ND project yet, but I have asked a similar question between other versions and cross-use. The general response was that select strategies may be transferrable as long as it's logical for the project application, and is not already similar to an existing credit in your base version. I'd ask LEED Coach before assuming, though, if you're going out on a limb. Head's up: There's a SITES to LEED ND Synergies doc you can download from the SITES website that may be of use.

ND pilot and innovation catalog options are limited. But it's generally acceptable to propose a credit from another rating system if: a) the subject matter isn't already addressed by an ND credit, and b) the other rating system credit logically applies to a neighborhood-scale application outside of building walls.
