LEED ND GIB Credit for District Heating and Cooling

Hi, refers to the ND GIB for district heating and cooling, it says "Each system component that is addressed by ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1–2010 must have an overall efficiency performance at least 10% better than that specified by the standard’s prescriptive requirements". Is my interpretation below correct:

for the chiller, the efficiency should be 10% improvement over COP of 0.57 kW/RT; for chilled water pump, the efficiency should be 10% improvement over 349 kW/L/S. for condenser water pump, the efficiency should be 10% improvement over 301 kW/l/s and for CT, the efficiency should be 311 kW/l/s.

Please advise. Thanks.

That sounds like the correct interpretation to me.
