Hello,

We've multifamily high rise project that is pursuing LEED NC V4 certification. As per current design, the apartment units are mechanically ventilated and have continuously running bath exhaust fan (25 CFM) and kitchen with 400 CFM re circulation hood. Does this design configuration comply with ASHRAE 62.1-2010 minimum ventilation and exhaust requirement for LEED V4 project ?

Please post this question to the forum for IEQ Minimum Indoor Air Quality Performance as it is directly related to that prerequisite and only partially applicable to this energy prerequisite.
