Process energy should be included in the overall calc.
So in your original example (I assume you meant kWh, not kW) , the base case has 200kWh, the design case has 150kWh, representing a 25% energy reduction. Keep in mind that LEED works with energy cost savings, so these need to be converted to $ per your rate structure, to determine your LEED EAp2/EAc1 savings.
