LEED NC- ID credits- Green Cleaning for NC?

Currently we are exploring ID credits for our two projects under NC. To date the Education credit complies with our project and NC. Would we be able to also use Green Cleaning under NC for an ID credit?

I have used it with success on several LEED NC projects, you need to follow the credit requriments for LEED EBOM Green Cleaning Policy. The question I am faced with now is do you need to only target 30, 60 or 90% as in EBOM? Or does it have to be 100% use of products that meet the criteria. I have always done 100% but now have a project that uses a few prodcuts that don't qualify. Anyone?
