Webly’s background in architecture and in her role as Associate Principal, Webly oversees several national and international retail clients’ green building programs. Webly is a strong advocate of the integrated design process and facilitates charrettes to encourage the understanding of green building implementation. Her vast project experience paired with her clear communication style contribute to her fun and dynamic presentations. Recently, she has been responsible for the development of an ongoing integrated sustainable building training program for Nike Inc. and their vendors. These live training sessions help them continually improve their design, construction, and operations process and provide measurable ROI.
