FAQs about EAp2 :

Do the required savings for this prerequisite (and credit) need to come only from building energy, or also process loads?

Our project doesn't have enough energy savings to earn the prerequisite. Can we get there by incorporating onsite renewables?

LEED On Line Not Working

I presume others are experiencing LEED On Line not working and saying "We will be back soon! We are performing maintenance and will be back online shortly". This has been the case for a few days now. 

Any timelines as to when it will be back ?

I could not remember the entire USGBC site been down for this long!!.. almost a week now (down since last sunday).

I just called to ask when LEED Online would be back up. I was told that IT just emailed the call center and said it would be back online today but they didn't give a time. I also asked if there will be any new features, whether it's only bug fixes, or whether USGBC has any web pages about LEED Online development plans. He didn't know.

Hi All, It is Monday morning in Poland right now. Leedonline is still not working. For a week now. I do not recall such a problem in past 5 years. Does anybody know when the problem will be solved and when we could use it again?

I overheard something at Greenbuild about a security update that went awry. Amazing that it's taking them so long to fix it--must have become a major glitch! There is a more appropriate place on LEEDuser to post about this topic--the forum thread about "Navigating LEED Online". https://leeduser.buildinggreen.com/forums?f%5B0%5D=im_field_tipsheet%3A17598 So I'll post my comment there as well, and maybe we can use that forum to keep each other posted on any progress.

I concur with Nadiv....word from 'up high' is that this is pretty serious and not the normal offline shutdown.  fingers crossed that this is resolved shortly with no impact to projects, other then this temporary delay.
