Mid-Rise-v4 MRp2:Durability management

LEED for Homes framing with light-gauge metal

Does anyone know of any interpretations in the LEED-H Midrise regarding the MR1.2, Detailed Cut List and Lumber Order, when you aren't using lumber, but using light gauge framing instead. Does the Credit still directly apply to the use of framing materials and detail list for the order?

Robyn, Yes, the same requirements apply -- just mentally substitute "framing materials" in place of "lumber."
