Does anyone have an offline LEED HC Materials Calculator they could share or a link to where I could find one?

The USGBC has sample forms here: http://www.usgbc.org/sampleforms . You can find v4 and v3 there. Goggle something more specific may get you to the form you want instead of this general form location.

Susan, thanks for the rapid response. I was looking for the v3 healthcare materials calculator that is the Excel spreadsheet used for tracking materials that is uploaded to the template. It is available as a resource if you have a LEED HC registered project.
