LEED EBOM, v4 and v4.1 - which credits can be exchanged?

Dear users

When pursuing LEED EBOM v4, is there a list of credits that can be echanged between versions v4 and v4.1 or can one just pick and choose which credits to stick to with v4 and which to substitute for v4.1?
