Sorry but in my opinion this type of project should not even be eligible for LEED certification. I can't think of something that is less green than this on principle alone.

This is a part of a retail shopping space and not a standalone project. We needed some clarifications on the baseline considerations for energy model in LEED v4.

I think that all the space conditioning for such a space is a process load and would therefore be modeled identically in the baseline.
