We have an approx. 6 acre block for our ND project, on which we have an existing hotel and two new condo towers with a retail podium. We wanted to certify the retail podium alone as the C&S certification to meet the GIBp1. Is it true that the C&S project also has to have at least 75% of the floor area additionally certified under LEED CI or LEED Retail CI? Can we not just do a C&S certification?
