We recently received review comments back for a project and one of the credits was marked as "Awarded", however there are review comments on the credit. I suspect that this was a user error on the part of the reviewer. Does GBCI typically revisit credits that are awarded in their final review? What is the usual policy for dealing with situations like this? Should we address the comments and resubmit or accept the point based on the error? Many thanks!

If the review comments state, "however, to demonstrate compliance" and there is Technical Advice, I would contact GBCI stating the issue. To answer your questions, credits marked as awarded and accepted will not show up for the final review. However, reviewer's will go back and look at awarded credits if new documentation is submitted in other credits that may effect compliance.
This error, and as you probably have found out personally working in LEEDonline, might not be a human error. Seen things switched from one day to the next, comments missing, etc. all without human interference.
Vicki - You know what is the right thing to do here. As Todd suggests contact GBCI.
