Dear all, A simple question: we are the LEED consultant for a project, which is larger than 50000sqft. But we are directly contracted by the Owner. We solely manage the certification, thus are independant from the design team and the construction team. Can we also do the CxA? Thank you,

LI 5479 made 02/07/2005 addressed this and indicated that LEED Consultants can be the CxA, at least for v2.0 and v2.1. As far as I know, there have been many LEED Consultants that have done the commissioning if they have qualified staff, since you must meet the experience requirements.
