Our CI space is bounded by the base building's envelope on 2 sides. We will be adding shades to the windows. Is it a requirement for us to do the envelope compliance forms? Also we utilized existing air conditioning ductwork in the space, changed the diffusers and then balanced the air flow. We are inserting new filters in the base building AC system and ventilation system which serves the space. Is it a requirement for us to submit the the HVAC compliance forms?

We have certified multiple projects with a similar scope of work and have never submitted these, nor have they been requested.

You are only required to document what is in your scope of work. Does not sound like anything in your scope would show up on these forms.
