NC-v4 MPR2:Must use reasonable LEED boundaries

LEED Certification for a portion of a building

Hi there, I am working on a 17 storey residential project with social housing on the podium levels (3 storey). The social housing part has a separate entrance, mechanical and electrical systems. The client is only interested in LEED registration/certification for the social housing component and the 17 storey residential floors will not be LEED. Can the project be registered under LEED NC v4? The MPR notes that 'The LEED project should include the entire building and complete scope of work.'

I think that you should use CI instead. NC includes the building in its entirety and not portions of it.
