LEED certification for identical buildings

Hi All, We have a project coming up where LEED certification is being pursued for multiple identical villas. How does USGBC treat such a project. Will one energy model for a single villa suffice to meet requirements for all the buildings since the specifications for each will exactly be the same? Thanks.

If the design is exactly the same I do not see why one model would not work. Might need to rotate that model to account for any variance in orientation or specific site issues.
