If doing a 3,700 sf building in the corner of an existing 18 acre school campus, does the Phase I and possibly Phase II assessment need to be for the entire campus or just the area within the LEED boundary?

Karen, Tristan has posted very informative links regarding campus prerequisites/credits located here: https://www.usgbc.org/ShowFile.aspx?DocumentID=10484 Per page 6: SS Prerequisite 2: Environmental Site Assessment Master Site The prerequisite cannot be pursued as a campus prerequisite. Each LEED project referencing the Master Site must pursue the prerequisite individually. Group Certification The prerequisite requirements apply to the area within the LEED project boundary.
