CS-2009 MPR3:Must use a reasonable site boundary

LEED Boundary

We have a project with 2 commercial towers being designed to certify in CS, on the same land owner 2 residential towers (not LEED) are located. However the parking area is 100% of the land in 5 underground levels. The parking design is as follows: Basement 1- 100% land area - Residential Tower 1 - No LEED Basement 2 -100% land area - Residential Tower 2 - No LEED Basement 3-100% land area - Commercial Tower 1 - LEED CS Basement 4-100% land area - Commercial Tower 2 - LEED CS Basement 5-100% land area - Commercial Tower 2 - LEED CS The question is how to define the LEED baundary in basements 1 and 2 do not apply to our certification CS? Please ask your help. regards
