We have a hotel resort that is seeking certification. It has many individual chalet/key, some seperate spa buildings, pool bars etc. Over 90 buildings of 30 different "types" and all less than 25,000 sq.ft.
Now this is especially challenging for energy modeling and LCAs. Do we models and LCAs for each building within the singular project?
Not sure on the best approach. Any advice?
