Tey, I believe you do need to upload a copy of your certificate. I think it is in the LEED AP credit form area on LEED-Online.

Tey, I believe you should check your personal profile in LEED Online and thought it upload the certificate, if it is not already linked. Than you need to assign yourself as the LEED AP for the credit. Let me know if this works.
