Hello! We are working on a stand-alone building interior, located within a university campus. The building is being provided with district energy from a central plant for both cooling and heating. Are we able to use the ACP for DER inputs using the PEER calculator to add to our energy modeling results, as we would for a BD+C project?

I assume you are referring to Pilot Credit 120: District Energy. If so, this pilot credit only appears to be applicable to BD+C and O+M projects and is not applicable to CI projects. However, you could submit a formal inquiry with GBCI to confirm this.
