Does anyone know of any differences in the LEED V4.1 and the LEED O+M IAQ testing requirements to recertify? We have a client looking to recertify with Gold under LEED O+M for a 3 story office building with 2 AHUs. I can't find any USBGC guidelines with information pertaining to the IAQ requirements for the recertification.
