LEED Recertification: When and How

LEED 2009 NC / C+S Expiration

Is there an expiration for LEED 2009 NC and C+S Certified projects? According to USGBC's Guide to LEED Certification, only O+M projects must recertify within 5 years. Thanks

Only LEED EB O&M has a 5 year cycle. However there is no mandatory requirement to recertify.
