is there any LCA software that can be used in Macau, China? Macau is part of PRC (China) administration), but not geographically located within China, closer to Hong Kong.

On assumption that much of the materials manufacturing would occur in the PRC, One Click LCA would work well. We have detailed localization for China PRC as well as for Hong Kong, but not so far for Macau (possible to add though). Happy to talk more at Greenbuild China if you make the trip!

eToolLCD is another globally relevant tool that has the ability to regionalise datasets. Most datasets are fairly relevant across different regions anyway, steel manufactured in China is unlikely to be significantly different to steel manufactured in Macao.
