ND-v2009 NPDc14:Tree-lined and shaded streets

Landscape Architect Statement template

I am looking for a letter template that checks all of the approprate boxes for the required registered Landscape Archtitect statement declaring: "the details and tree species are appropriate based on the ratting system." Or, would it be enough to simply have a registered Landscape Architect, familiar with the project, sign a page with the above statement?

Tom, I'm unaware of any templates, but all that's required is quoting the credit's third paragraph on a registered landscape architect's letterhead beginning with the words 'Planting details are...'. Eliot
