Hello LEED user experts,
Now I am doing a core and shell project which has a canteen (marked in plan) and kitchen(marked as for future). Do we include kitchen tabs in the calculation?
Thanks.

Hi Linh,
Note: You may get more specific feedback on this post if you copy/paste it to the Core/Shell page for this credit rather than posting it here with the regular New Construction questions.
There are two ways to document this credit for Core/Shell (CS); you'll need to determine what the more appropriate path is. Look in the Ref Guide (or in the online Credit Library) for this credit under the "Rating System Variations" section within the credit. There are specific instructions for CS projects there that will likely answer your question.

Hi Linh Dang,
For Core and Shell project, the "kitchen (marked as future)" needs to be clearly defined, whether the future kitchen sinks are not installed as part of the project's scope of work or are not addressed in a tenant sales or lease agreement. If yes, then the future kitchen sink may be excluded from the credit calculations.
