CS-2009 WEp1: Water Use Reduction
The building what we are certifying does not have kitchens or canteen. It only has pantry/breakout areas wherein people have snacks and beverages. There are sink in the Pantries which is accesible to the FTE. Will this sink qualify as Kitchen sink or can be excuded.

Rumi, the designation for a fixture is based on its function, not its location. If the fixture in question is basically treated like a kitchen faucet, and is one, then it should be counted that way.
