I have seen letters used as documentation on other projects. I would think this would be approved; however, only GBCI  knows for sure!

We just got review comments back for a design/ construction review on two almost identical projects- one school the letter was accepted and we earned the credit, the other school, the letter was not accepted and they are asking for an official contract. Any examples or templates available that I can send to my school to use for this contract? Thanks-
