Schools-2009 SSc10:Joint Use of Facilities

Joint Use of Facilities Credit Use!

I submitted a Memo on Letterhead stating which parts of the facilities where going to be used on non school hours. However, LEED also wants an a Shared use policy? I have done same documentation on other projects and are getting the same results.  Any thoughts!
