Is it ok if we choose CO2 Sensors with fixed default setpoints from the manufacturer?

Hi,

We are following Leed V4 for New Construction. 

It is difficult to find the CO2 sensors for crowded spaces with setpoints which can be reset in discretion by users. Can we choose CO2 sensors with fixed defaut setpoints from manufacturers?
