Hello -
We have a tenant project where the CD set will be the interior fit-out along with new mechanical systems (ex. RTUs) that will serve the tenant space.
The tenant is leasing the entire building, but does not own the building or maintain the exterior grounds. The Owner of the building will be installing new wall and roof insulation per the tenant's request to create a more energy-efficient building.
Would this tenant project be classified as ID&C or BD&C in LEED Online? Thanks ahead!
