Interior vapor barrier- VOC limits?

I'm trying to determine the applicable VOC limit for an interior liquid-applied vapor barrier product, to be used on interior block walls surrounding an interior swimming pool. I've looked through the SCAQMD Rule 1113 categories, but don't see anything resembling a liquid vapor barrier product, unless it would fall under generic "sealers". Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I would have said architectural coating.

If the product is applied to an architectural substrate for functional or decorative purposes it is a coating and regulated. Depending on the label claims, this could be any number of categories including Waterproofing Concrete/Masonry Sealer, Waterproofing Sealers or Non-flat Coatings. The manufacturer should be able to tell you the category and limit. The exception is that not every product is a coating. Joint sealants are sealants and subject to Rule 1168. An applied solid membrane is not a coating, but adhesives used with it would also be subject to Rule 1168 in the context of LEED.
