Our project is on the second floor of a 3 story building. To start the space has had finishes removed for hazardous abatement before construction demo. The calculation sheet says to take into account building structure so do I count the floor slab and ceiling decking/slab as reuse? The interior walls are bare concrete block and will be reused but refinished, does this count, or is it only for finished elements?
