I have a project that has finished design and construction has not started. One of the items that GBCI requests is a photo or rendering of the interior of the building. Our project does not have any interior renderings (just floor plans and such). Does anyone know or recommend how this should be handled?

I think it's fine to wait until the construction phase review and upload a photo then.

You can upload any interior elevations from your construction documents in lieu of a rendering for the Design Submittal. I do this all the time, and have never had an issue.
