For interior project, if there is only one pantry faucet within the project scope. And occupants of this project will use other indoor water fixtures or fittings installed out of the this project scope, but within the base building, shared with other occupants from base building. For the water performance, is it enough for only recording 12 months of water usage data for pantry faucet?

The LEED O+M reference guide states: "For Interiors projects, have permanently installed sub-meters that measure total potable water use for any fixtures or fittings in the project scope. Alternately, interiors projects may pro-rate water use, using occupancy and base building water use over twelve consecutive months."
I understand why you might be confused, because for ID+C new construction projects we would include only fixtures within the project scope for the prerequisite but for the credit we would be required to include all fixtures used by project occupants (i.e. base building fixtures). But here with O+M water performance, the reference guide seems to clearly state that for O+M Interiors you are only considering the fixtures within the project scope.
