This has been my fourth time working with this credit and while I must admit is a pretty interesting credit that seeks to implement design strategies and relate them to health/comfort of the occupants of the building, I do wish the credit had a more clear guidance on how to benchmark the strategies impact on people's health-comfort.

I agree, in our case I could use the general research of human well being data linked to nature such as productivity levels & daylight or knowledge on vegetation and air quality but I could not find a way to actually quantify the impact of the strategies within our project. Specially for a space that is being designed and not gone through the use and data collection required to see the benefits. Maybe looking at the way the WELL standard links impact to the human body could be a starting point for benchmarking?
